With over 20 years experience as a CPA, working with mom and pops to multi-million dollar businesses, Johanna is a seasoned tax professional, fractional CFO and payroll automation expert. As a Texas CPA and tax accounting professional, there’s no tax or payroll issue too big or too small to handle.

Johanna earned her B.A. in business administration at the University of Texas at Austin. She earned a Masters in Public Accountancy from the McCombs Business Graduate School of the University of Texas at Austin.
About Johanna
Starting her career, Johanna worked for one of the world’s leading public accounting firms, KPMG. She led auditing teams and was responsible for daily management of engagements, including supervision and training of audit staff, budgeting, planning, and maintaining strong client relationships. She worked with clients with a variety of industries including high-tech, real estate investing and development, software, manufacturing, retail and service firms.
Strengths
Johanna’s strengths include providing guidance and analysis for strategic decision making. She has extensive experience working directly with and for the executive team, and she has built financial models used for multi-billion dollar operations. She also setup and streamline existing operations to allow for cost reductions and efficiencies.
